He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Curtis Simmons and Martha Simmons; and his sister Myra Joy Mellberg (Ray) of Ypsilanti, MI.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Wilcox Simmons; his sons, Matthew Simmons of Silverhill, Timothy Simmons (Veronica) of Fairhope and Benjamin Simmons (Anna) of Silverhill; his grandchildren, Abby, Libby (Tim), Albert, Mary and Gloria (Ben); and his siblings, Norma Ann Davis (Len) of Delton, MI and David Ledbetter Simmons (Annie) of Silverhill. He is also survived by many loving nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and grand-nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Women's Care Center of Robertsdale, or to Gideons International, both of which were dear to Bob's heart.
