He is survived by: his wife Myrtle; his sons, Ron Meeks (Janet), Jeff Meeks (Machelle) and Doug Meeks (Anita); and his grandchildren, Tabitha Slaughter (Brenton), Sarah Armstrong (Chris), Jeff Meeks II, Jessi Haynes (Bobby) and Hannah Bazzell (Anthony). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
