With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Glenda Ann Waters of Foley, Alabama, born in Biloxi, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 2, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William "Eddie" Waters; her parents, Clyde Ewing and Marie Ewing; and her siblings, D. L. Ewing, Vernon Ewing and Ethel Lorenzo.
She is survived by: her sons, Victor E. Waters of Foley, AL, Greg Waters (Denise) of Summerdale, AL, Wayne Waters of Foley, AL. and Bruce Waters (Amy) of Elberta, AL; and her siblings, Katherine Staimpel (Glenn) of Elberta, AL., Patsy Staimpel of Elberta, AL., Beverly Staimpel (Walter) of Elberta, AL., Aurelia Brown (Eddie) of Summerdale, AL., Harold Ewing of Foley, AL. and Paul Ewing (Marsha) of Fairhope, AL. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ladies Auxiliary Post 5658 at Elberta VFW or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, to honor Glenda's memory.
