He was predeceased by: his mother June Rains. He is survived by: his father Jessie Taylor (Lisa) of Tennessee; his son Jason Taylor (Stephanie) of Corbin, Kentucky; his siblings, Larry Taylor of Georgia, Roger Taylor (Diane) of Foley, Alabama and Juanita West (Roger) of Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Jaxon and Sara Taylor.
