He is survived by: his wife Joan Drabik Chipps; his children, Brenda, Robin, Lynda, Jackie, Lizabeth, Charles Jr., Rik and Christopher; and his granddaughter Alexa. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
