She was predeceased by: her former husband William Fred Dixon, Sr.; her parents, Walter Leon Rogers and Marcella Ann Mankowski; and her sister Rebecca Bowling. She is survived by: her husband Elbert R. "Bob" Harris; her children, Larry Walter Dixon (Sheila Vivian), Jo Ellen Dixon Booher (Dennis) and Sandra Kay Dixon Devall (Charles Jefferson Devall); her stepchildren, Bill Dixon and Linda Mensching (Bob); her grandchildren, Mitchell Ray Grissett, Jessica Grissett, Stephen Daniel, Lynsey Grissett, Adam Seth Hagan, Amanda Susan Devall, Stacie Godwin, Shannon Gray (Chad), Shon Dixon, Andrew Mensching, Savanna Teed (Kyle) and Charles Young "Charlie" Dixon; and her siblings, Paul Rogers (Vera), Richard Rogers, Robin Rogers and Naomi Watson. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
