She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edward Phillips, Sr. and Sarah Ruth Wallace; and her siblings, Gene Raymond Phillips (Sonny), John E. Phillips Jr. (JE) and Erah Gay Hawkins.
She is survived by: her husband Lester B. Tubbs, Jr.; her daughter Teresa Lynn Hiller; her grandchildren, Lawrence M. Threlfall of Colorado Springs, CO, Anna Osborn (Nate) of Littleton, CO, Tonia Tomlinson (Josh) of Foley, AL and Stacy Blackwell of Auburn, AL.; and her great grandchildren, Deacon, Caroline Tomlinson, Levi and Penelope Osborn.
