He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Charles Milton "Jim" Lopp (Tabitha), James Daniel Lopp (Michelle), Kimberly Nannette Miller (Jay) and Shonda Lekee Lopp; his adoptive son Charles Otis Mitchell Lopp; his sister Edna Jo Wunner (Bill); his wife Jennifer Ann Kellum Lopp; and his parents, Willie Charles Lopp, Sr. and Betty Jo Mitchell Lopp.
