He is survived by: his wife Polly Moore Campbell; his daughter Jodi Campbell Sims; his grandsons, Campbell Sims (Gabriella) and Elliott Sims; his siblings-in-law, Patty Foote and Steve Foote; his nephews, Monty Cotton (Delores) and Barry Campbell (Marcie); and his niece Pat Campbell.
