He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pugh and Martha Pugh; and his siblings, Thomas Glenn Pugh, Anothy Dale Pugh and Melinda May Whitfield.
He is survived by: his children, Sean Pugh, Tiffany Boltinghouse (Joseph) and Shayna M. Pugh; his siblings, Cory Pugh, Cecilia Keeton (Archie), Debra Nash (Randy Stutts), Mary Potts (Robert) and Sandra Hamm (Wayne); and his grandchild Cheyenne "Pooter" Pugh. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
