He was predeceased by: his parents, L. B. Goins and Eseyo Kay Goins; and his brother Bobby Goins. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Goins (Saylor); his son William Davis Goins; and his brother Thomas Goins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Greenview Funeral Home (3657 Old Chisholm Rd, Florence, AL 35633). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Greenview Memorial Chapel (3657 Old Chisholm Rd, Florence, AL 35633).
