Wanda Rhodes Palmer Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Rhodes Palmer of Florence, Alabama, who passed away on January 23, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Denver Rhodes and Louise Haddock Rhodes; her in-laws, Henry and Lila Fowler Palmer; her siblings, Doris Rhodes Holmes, Howard and Glenn Rhodes; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Hatchett, Martha Danner, Charles and Johnny Palmer.

She is survived by: her husband Clarence Palmer; her daughters, Cindy Mayfield (Mark) and Delina Stearns (Shane); her grandchildren, Jessica Miles (Brennan), Preston Mayfield (Anna), Clay Stearns and Emma Stearns; her great grandchildren, Owen, Brynnlee Miles and Palmer Mayfield; her siblings, Patsy Mays (James), Joyce Mitchell and Michael Rhodes (Barbara); and her siblings-in-law, Nina Rhodes, Mattie Rhodes, Linda Palmer and Roger Holmes.
