He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Sledge and Betty Sledge. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Hodge (Ken) and Ann Spears; and his aunt Cathy Dison. He is also survived by three nieces; one nephew; three great nieces and three great nephews; his devoted and loving caregiver.
