He was predeceased by: his parents, William Warren, Sr. and Sara Jo Hubbard Gray; and his brother William "Bill" Warren Gray, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Landrum Darby-Gray; his children, Gina Gray Stout and Dustin Darby; his sister Sara Jo Gray; his grandchild Colby Jackson Stout; his son-in-law Robert Kenneth Stout, Jr.; and his nephews, William and Preston Gray. He is also survived by his family and friends.
