She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Dennis and Ersley Dennis; her siblings, Johnny Dennis and Sandra Dennis Smith; her former husband Edwin Gean; and her son Denis Tennyson.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Johnson of Florence and Jeffrey Chandler of Harbeson, DE; her brothers, Clarence W. "Buddy" Dennis (Rosa) and Donnie Dennis of Florence; her grandson Michael Johnson (Kim) of Florence; and her great grandchild Cody Johnson of Cleveland, TN. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
