It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Cook (Florence, Alabama), who passed away on December 13, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Mitchell and Letha Mae Chaney; and her brothers, Rayburn and Alton Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Singletary; her daughters, Durendia Sue West and Margie Kay Isbell (Alvin); and her grandchildren, Jerry West, Kimberly Davis, Tracy Isbell, Jason Isbell and Alissa Joyner. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren.
