He is survived by: his wife Natalie King; his mother Debra Thompson; his sons, Sterling and Grant Sledge; his sisters, Renee Lewis and Brandy Bevis; his nephews, Matt Peffer, Jake Taylor and Zane Bevis; his niece Madison Taylor (Zoey Bevis); his great-nephew Presley Peffer; his great-niece Hadley Peffer; and his close friend Jared Swinea.
