He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Marks and Anne Marks (McMurdo) of Monroeville; and his son Zachary of Florence, Alabama.. He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Scott Marks (Sheilah) of Shawnee and Alyssa Sutherland (Dylan) of Florence; and his grandchildren, Addison Marks of Cherokee and Anthony Marks of Shawnee, Kansas..

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (1950 Helton Drive, Florence, AL 35630).

In lieu of flowers, it would please Bob greatly for donations to be made to Samaritan's Purse for USA disaster victims or Presbyterian Home for Children.
