It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Earl Collins of Florence, Alabama, born in Shannon, Mississippi, who passed away on December 27, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lula Culpepper and Robert Lawrence Collins; his wife Carrie Neal Butler Collins; his sons, Robert Lynn Collins and Bobby Dean Collins; and his siblings, Larry Collins, Martha Crawford and Jimmy Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Guy Collins (Elly), Allison Lewis Sabat (Pete) and Angela Moody (Jeff); his siblings, Joyce Harper and Charlie Collins; his grandchildren, DJ Holden, Adam, Anna Moody, Joel and Noah Collins; his great grandchild Adri Holden; and his precious Kitty. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
