He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Benjamin John Kilpatrick, Tammaca Bevis and Tonya Turpen (Greg); the mother of his children Maggie Kilpatrick; his grandchildren, James Chase Burbank, Brian Kirk Herston II, Jamie Dra'Keeton, Scarlett Isabella Herston, Warren Eddie Herston and Alah Grace Bevis; his great grandchildren, Genson Kole Herston, Addie Mae Keeton, Everly Rayne Keeton, Hollan Reed Herston and Emitt Curize Hill; his siblings, Charlie Wayne Kilpatrick (Brenda), David Kilpatrick (Debbie) and Gail McMurtrey (Philip); and his parents, C. W. Kilpatrick and Elva Dean Bradley Kilpatrick.
