She was predeceased by: her former husband Ray L. Carpenter; her parents, Harlon Holden and Elliott Canerday Holden; and her stepson Ray Carpenter, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Kim Baldwin; her stepdaughter Natalie Frazier (Brett); her brother Lexie Holden (Sheila); and her grandchildren, Harlon Baldwin, Elliott Baldwin, Zane Frazier and Quin Frazier.

The family requests memorial donations be made to the North Alabama Christian Children's Home.
