It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Ellen Reeves of Florence, Alabama, who passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Samuel Reeves, Jr.; her mother Henri Mae Nichols; her brother Paul Ross Richardson; and her stepfather Aubrey Nichols. She is survived by: her daughter Marilyn Williams (Hal); her grandchildren, Rett Williams (Jessica), Tyler Williams (Leslie) and Drew Williams (Cynthia); and her great grandchildren, Marley, Sam, Aubrey, Adelyn, Mason and Hunter Williams.

“Marilyn, I loved being around your mother. Living in two different states, I loved coming to your mom's and dad's house in Florence. She was always so funny, escecially when she fussed at us for being too loud. I always admired her beautiful skin, it was so apparent when I saw her last picture. I will never forget her pleasing personality. You and your family was so lucky to have her all these years. Will be thinking of you tomorrow. God now has this wonderful lady. Cassie and Richard”
