It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lovic Culver Smith of Florence, Alabama, who passed away on February 27, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lovic Culver Smith to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Smith; and his siblings, Margaret Smith Clemons and James Welborn Smith. He is survived by: his children, Dennis Smith (Brenda) and Susan Kay Smith; his brother Fred William Smith, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Noelle Smith, Dannon Smith (Laurel), John Swinea (Michelle), Daniel Brian Swinea, Justin Swinea and Cody Ringelstein (Brandy). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Greenview Funeral Home (3657 Old Chisholm Rd, Florence, AL 35633). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Greenview Memorial Chapel (3657 Old Chisholm Rd, Florence, AL 35633).
