He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Newkirk and John; and his sister Bonnie Marley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Newkirk; his children, Terresa Taylor, Craig Newkirk, Mitchell Newkirk and Jared Newkirk; and his grandchildren, Lauren Taylor, Heath Newkirk, Heather Newkirk Shipley, John Allen Newkirk, Tyra Newkirk, Michael Newkirk, Jarett Newkirk, Dalton Newkirk, Austyn Newkirk, Mikayla Newkirk, Emily Newkirk and Dillon Newkirk. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Grace Baptist Church. A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
