It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Gunter Northrop of Florence, Alabama, who passed away on January 8, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Northrop and Inez Northrop; and his brothers, Clyde Northrop and Tommy Northrop. He is survived by: his wife Saranne Noblin Northrop; his children, Kenneth Gunter Northrop, Jr. of Orlando, FL, Kimberly Brown (David), Florence and Kelly Claunch (Patrick); his daughter-in-law Rosemary Baucom Northrop; his sister Susan McMath (Joe); his grandchildren, Kenneth Gunter Northrop, III, Brantley Claunch (Whitney), Wesley Brown, Mallory Wolfson (Joel), Bailey Claunch (Kiyana), Andrew Brown (Zoe), Whitney Mobley (Drew), Bryant Claunch (Jacealyn), Madeline Wasnick (Hamilton), Grant Brown Raleigh Claunch (Caitlin), Jackson Claunch, Delaney Claunch, Peyton Claunch and Britton Claunch; and his great grandchildren, Sadler Mobley, Hunter Mobley and Graham Wolfson.
