He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Smith and Clytee Smith. He is survived by: his wife Martha Smith; his children, Doug Smith (Jodie) of Booneville, MS and Kelly Parrott (David) of Broken Arrow, OK.; and his grandchildren, Phillip Smith (Abby), Malorie Jackson (Hunter), Grant Parrott, Samanta Cook, Griffin Parrott (Alli) and Sydney Cook.
