He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Folden and Kathleen Folden. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Folden; his daughter April Maplesden (Johnny); and his brother Patrick Folden.

In-lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
