He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie F. Jett and Viola Jett (Dowdy); his stepmother Annie Jett (Dutton); and his siblings, Ruby Viola Jett, Louie F. Jett and James Jett.
He is survived by: his nieces, Freda Allan (Ron) and Marsha Lassen (Tim); his cousins, Diane Gregg and Al Dowdy; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Lassen (Laura), Craig Lassen, James Allan and Kasey Lassen.
