We bid farewell to Jeannine B. Goode of Florence, Alabama, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 24, 2024 at the age of 93. Jeannine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; her siblings, Rolland Boyd (Sue) and JoAnne Creekmore (Malcolm); and also Theodore. She is survived by: her daughter Jan (Phil) of Florence, AL; her grandchildren, Brad Ellis (Brittany) and Melissa Ellis Friesland (Bric); and her great grandchildren, Rowan, Elizabeth Ellis, Arlo and Ava Friesland. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Elkins Funeral Home (1535 Hermitage Dr, Florence, AL 35630). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens (2601 Florence Blvd, Florence, AL 35630).
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to HASRA (Heart of Alabama Save, Rescue, and Adopt Animals) c/o 306 Knights Bridge Road, Florence, Al 35630.
