We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2023, at the age of 63, James Byron Byrd of Florence, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Anna Byrd; his children, Krista Byrd, Ashley Ward (David), Byron Byrd (Kristin), Matt Stokley (Ashley), Josh Byrd (Jessica), Jared Byrd (Courtney) and Chris Vollrath (Jordan); his siblings, Regina Beck, Tracy Hogan, Tracy Lynn Jordan and Cindy Kruszewski; and his grandchildren, Trentont Drake Reed, Juliana, Brantley Byrd, Presleigh, Ethan Stokley, Jackson Byrd, Heath, Harper Ward, Bryton Vollrath and Jake Blades.
