He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Wood and Velda Wood of Granby, MO; and his son Adam Eugene Wood. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Julie Lynn Brack (David), Jennifer Elizabeth Berry (Jonathan) and Aaron Eugene Wood (Katie); his grandchildren, Ryan Alexander Brack (Vanessa), Lakin Alyse Monroe (Josh), Reed Thomas Brack (Samm), Scout Holland Wood, Olivia Rose Wood, Ava Faith Wood and Savannah Elizabeth Wood; his great grandchildren, Luna Ann Brack, Jameson Homer Brack, Jaxson Leon Wells-Monroe, Mayer Thomas Brack and Carson Edward Monroe; and his sisters, Judy Dorris (late Jerry) and Mary Jane Flint (Barry). He is also survived by many other nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Stony Point Church of Christ (1755 Co Rd 24, Florence, AL 35633). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Mars Hill Bible School.
