He is survived by: his children, Marsha Blankenship (Greg), Paige Stephens (Ashley), Pamela Plyler and Mark Plyler (Betsi); his brother Tim Plyler (Peggy); his grandchildren, Johnathon Blankenship (Tayler), Alex Blankenship (Adora), Alton Stephens (Caroline), William Blankenship, Henry Stephens (Alyssa), Charlie Stephens and Grayson Caroline Plyler; and his great grandchildren, Blair Blankenship and Allie Blankenship.
