She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Brown, Jr. and Alice Lovelace Brown; her daughter Joice; and her siblings, Mary, Willodean, Anne, Cloyd, Johnnie B. and Clinton, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Louis Alexander Vaughn; her children, Dr. William Vaughn (Mayzola), Harry (Ardyne), Howard, Dr. Linda Gardner of Bowling Green, KY, Charles (Sandra) of Decatur and Frederick of Los Angeles, CA.; and her grandchildren, Dr. Alexia, Sandy, Alisha, Dr. Yvette, Gail, Rev. Tony, Harry, Jr., Destin, Tamra, Shannon, Charles Jordan, Greg and Raphael. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
