He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Mills and Augusta Mills; and his siblings, James Mills and Jean Wilkerson. He is survived by: his wife Joy Mills; his stepdaughter Sabrina Mayfield (David); his nephew Chris Burnett (Sandy); his sister Elizabeth Burnett (Bruce); his grandson Ryder Mayfield; and his niece Sherry Burnett.
