He is survived by: his wife Charlene Langle James; his children, Troy James (Michelle), Pamela Schechner (Steve) and Stacey Long (Greg); his sister Barbara Ozbirn; his grandchildren, Heath Davis (Whitney), Jessica Agee (Brandon), Lucy Long, Katherine Long and Maddie Long; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Davis, Greyson Davis, Easton Davis, Hattie Davis, Jami Agree, Mantle Agee, Cyrus Agee and Spencer Trent.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Colbert Memorial Chapel (700 US-43, Tuscumbia, AL 35674). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
