She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville M. Lindsey and Ida Lindsey (Sanderson); her husband Laborn Brown "Jake" Mays; her brother Bob; her daughter Lucy; and her son-in-law Douglas R. Rich.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Smith (Rosser "Jeff") and Peggy Ann Rich; her grandsons, Jason C. Rich (Ashleigh), Caleb N. Rich (Melissa) and Austin L. Rich; her great grandchildren, Trinity, Nathan, Shianna, Josh, Madeline and Marlee; her great great grandchild Jaylyn; her sister Earlene Breland; her sister-in-law Exie Higginbotham; her grandson Russell; and her great grandchild Jairen.
