He is survived by: his children, Ray Pruitt (Bonnie), Lance Pruitt (Elieth), Barry Pruitt, Chris Pruitt (Kay) and Emily Mason (Craig); his siblings, Tommy Pruitt (Helen) and Barbara Keeton; and his grandchildren, Justin, Dustin, Bradly Mason, Matthew, Elizabeth, Denio Pruitt, Melanie Henry and Alexandria Pruitt. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
