He was predeceased by: his father Felton Ray Jones. He is survived by: his wife Mari Lou Thorne; his children, Lauren Compton (Alan) and Hunter Jones (Kristin); his grandchildren, Victoria, Grace Ann, Sam, Della Compton, Adam and Avery Jones; his mother Martha Ruth Draper; and his siblings, Ritchie Jones (Jennifer) and Jennifer Smelser (Rickey).
