We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2025, at the age of 70, Debra Kathryn Scott of Florence, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Scott; her parents, James Fowlkes and Ruth Fowlkes; her daughters, Amanda Haddock and Courtney Scott; and her sister Kaye Stults.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ryleigh Scott (Chason), Andrew Haddock (Madison) and Kathryn Haddock; and her siblings, Jimmy Fowlkes (Debbie), Robert Fowlkes (Sandra), Jerry Fowlkes, Patsy Pitts (Vance) and Drae Sutter (Anthony). She is also survived by nieces and nephews that Aunt.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greenview Funeral Home (3657 Old Chisholm Rd, Florence, AL 35633). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenview Memorial Chapel (3657 Old Chisholm Rd, Florence, AL 35633).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the National Suicide Association in the memory of a loved one.
