She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Perkins, Jr. and Betty Perkins; and her stepmother Wanda Perkins. She is survived by: her siblings, Donna Perkins Holladay, Kenny Perkins, Tony Perkins and Wesley Perkins (Samantha); her nieces and nephews, Clint Cardin (Sheri), Holly Cardin Cook (Steve), Blake Perkins (Valerie), Eric Perkins (Nicole), Ayden, Max, Levi and Mason Perkins; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Tryniti Cardin, Donovan Massey (Brooke), Kalib Cardin (Victoria) and Makenzie Perkins; her close friends, Mary Jo McCord, Sallie Polk and Del Chandler; and also, Bentlee Cardin, Bailey Benson, Abel Lang, Maverick Massey, Allen Burbank and Alana Massey. She is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles.
