She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Killian and Nelta Killian. She is survived by: her husband Robert Thornton; her sons, Benjamin (Amanda) and Nicholas Thornton (Emily); and her grandchildren, Logan, Abby, Gavin, Noah, Copeland and Everly Thornton.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Elkins Funeral Home (1535 Hermitage Dr, Florence, AL 35630). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
