He was predeceased by: his sister Angela Phillips; and his parents, Hugh Phillips and Lillian Phillips (Nicole). He is survived by: his sons, Ashton and Jaxon; his brother Tim Phillips; and his niece Destiny Raley (David).

A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at the Old Macedonia Cemetery.
