She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Gerald Maxwell; her parents, Lynn Banks and Nell Banks; and her siblings, Billy Banks and Marilyn Beaird.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Ann Fowler of Franklin, TN and Brian Craig (Julie) of Punta Gorda, FL; her sister Lynnda Wagner (Bob) of Brentwood, TN; her sister-in-law JoAn Banks of Muscle Shoals; and her grandchildren, Courtney Cox (Andrew), Cassidy Fowler and Kylie Craig. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
