She was predeceased by: her husband David F. Myers; her parents, Clarence E. Carmack and Edna M. Willingham; and her siblings, Melvin Carmack, Joe Carmack, Kenneth Carmack, Charles Carmack, Catherine Robinson and Linda Carmack.
She is survived by: her sons, David Myers (Gwen) and Donald Wayne Myers; her grandchildren, Dana Myers, Josh Myers (Jodi), Ashby King (Allen) and Matthew Myers (Chasidy); her great grandchildren, Brody King, Brock King, Gavin Myers, Garrett Myers and Aaden Myers; her siblings, Benny Carmack, Dorothy Henson and Rebecca Swafford; and her close friend Holly Gibson.
