He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Perkins and Estelle Holliman Perkins; and his siblings, James Perkins, Charles Perkins, Sara Irons and Joyce Franklin.
He is survived by: his wife Myra Ann Freeze Perkins; his daughter Tina Perkins Keenum (Jack); his grandchildren, Morgan McGee (Chris) and Kyle Walker (Jessica); and his great grandchild Cameron Walker. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews & friends.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Greenhill Cemetery (820 Co Rd 144, Killen, AL 35645).
