She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Swaim and Eva Swaim; her husband Luther D. Vines, Sr.; her daughters, Wanda Vines and Norma McCollum; her siblings, Lunie Swaim, Sue Inman, Jean McNeal and Peggy Weatherby; her granddaughter Rebecca Haddock; and her grandmother Betty.
She is survived by: her sisters, Jane Black and Polly Robinson (Jack); her children, Luther Danny Vines, Jr. (Sharon), Samuel Vines (Christine) and Kathy Vines; and her caregivers, Sharon Cromwell-Vines and Brenda Cromwell-Kelley. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 1 8 great – grandchildren and 1 great – great – grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (1950 Helton Drive, Florence, AL 35630). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
