Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Barbara Lee England of Florence, Alabama, who passed away at the age of 87, on February 11, 2025. She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Carter England; her parents, Dalton Lee and Ethel Baskins Bevis; her son Mike England; her granddaughter Christie England; and her siblings, Dalton Lee Bevis Jr. and Jean Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Cauthen (Philip); and her grandchildren, Katie Cauthen, Amy Ashley (Kevin), Jessie Duncan (Ryan) and Elizabeth Springston. She is also survived by four great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Elkins Funeral Home (1535 Hermitage Dr, Florence, AL 35630). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to the New Hope Cemetery Fund.
