He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Kelley and Geneva Palmer Kelley; his aunts, Lila and Becky Jeffries (Larry); and his uncle Kenneth Kelley (Elaine).
He is survived by: his wife Jerrilyn Snell Kelley; his children, Amy Dean (Garrick), Andrea Dewhurst and Richard Kelley; his grandchildren, William, Rose, Maddox, Lydia, Weston, Dane, Harry and Caroline; and his sisters, Nancy O'Neal, Donna Gillen (Craig) and Jane Tallman (Paul). He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
