He is survived by: his wife Karen Beth LeClerc; his children, Adam Scott (Rob Ertel) of Fishers and Amber Richardson (Brian) of Morristown; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Scott of McCordsville; his siblings, Sarah Faye Webb of Wooster, OH, Bobby Joe Cook (Donna) of Shelbyville, Candy Long of Greenfield, Donna Jo Cook of Shelbyville and Sue Cook (Dawn) of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Hannah, Noah Scott, Andrew and Madison Richardson; and his siblings-in-law, Paula Hauke (Rick) and David (Angie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
