He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Cassady Sr. and Betty Joyce Hinson Cassady; and his brother Billy Cassady. He is survived by: his wife Samantha Fountain Cassady; his children, Dustin Cassady (Dakota) and Shelby Taylor (Dustin); and his granddaughters, Makalynn Cassady, Adaliyah and Hollan Taylor.
